Beatriz Martinez and Monica Romero, both from Colombia, have performed together since 1999 in Minnesota first with Noche de Gala Dancers, then with Fuego Latino Dancers, Fuego Latino Folklore and now with Sabor Mestizo.  Beatriz is a Brain Injury Specialist and Monica Business Consultant working for non-profit organizations; both share a common hobby of dancing with strong interest of showing positive Colombia, maintaining and passing the legacy and culture thru performing.
